IKA, the Hillman in-house assistant

IKA is the in-house assistant software of Hillman, the company behind the Hillman hunting shops. Our own team built it for our own work. It is not a product, not an app anyone can install, and it is not offered to the public.

What IKA does

IKA reads the company's own Gmail mailboxes and works in the company's own Google Drive, Sheets and Docs. It runs on the company's own Google accounts only. It helps the team find supplier invoices and customer mail, file documents and keep the company's spreadsheets in order.

Where it runs

IKA runs on one computer inside the company. Nothing it reads is copied to a server or passed to anyone outside the company.
