Hello Jose,
Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry that the initially ordered Hunting Polo Shirt DGT Cotton Short Sleeve turned out to be too large. We understand how disappointing that can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Please note that each manufacturer uses its own cuts and sizing measurements, which can sometimes result in differences from the sizes customers usually wear. To make the selection process easier, we have provided a detailed size chart on our website so every customer can choose the most accurate fit.
At the same time, we would like to sincerely thank you for placing a new order in the correct size after you have been refunded. We are also grateful that you decided to add additional products to your order.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope the new items meet your expectations perfectly.
