HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To exchange an item, contact our Customer Service department during regular business hours:

We will provide you with a statement and further information regarding your exchange request.
Due to possible changes in inventory, exchanges shall be processed as follows:
Step 1. Place a new order of the products of your choosing and complete your payment. You will then receive a confirmation email indicating the purchase.
Step 2. As soon as we receive the merchandise for exchange and your return has been approved, we will either refund the full amount of the original purchase minus shipping cost and 10% restocking fee or, at your request, provide you with a promo code for the amount of the refund to be applied at checkout on your next order.
Because items availability cannot be guaranteed at the time when your merchandise is received, we highly recommend placing the new order as soon as possible.
